I didn't try to keep all 3 vikings together in one lane cause i felt that would defeat the purpose of picking that hero. The guy in the match DID do the most damage with them, but thats because most of the match he was "grinding" that damage from attacking chen, and both chen and LTV weren't able to kill each other, the only advantage TLV had there is the ability to capture the shrine and still keep up the lane pressure.īut i again return to the main point of this post.is that any other hero would perform the same in that match IF not better, as far as i remember only time he managed to properly kill someone was greymane when he was at 50% hp and used up his skills to kill TLV ahahahaha That video is the reason why i wanted to try vikings again, but i feel the video gives off a false feeling of hope for them.
So in the end you are just better of picking a much easier hero and just doing that, as more often than not you will be a positive asset to the team. The ship also gets destroyed easily and its hard to actually use it cause i often get 1 vikings out of place and killed so i have to wait for him to get all the way to the others. So do blizzard just really hate the hero or what? like would it be really op if the passive gave 1 hp regen per orb, instead of 0.5? or if the vikings dealt more dmg, since so far i weren't able to 1v1 anybody, by that i mean i had all 3 vikings there. i was also trying to farm regen globes to have high regen but the regen only gets noticeable after about 15 mins, and at the end it doesn't even matter much cause i still get nuked easily. I had top siege damage for a while until the enemies mage started clearing waves of minions, then he easily did twice the siege damage i did, i didn't do much hero damage cause i get easily nuked by like 50% of the heroes in the game. In the matches i played the only thing that i managed to do for my team is give xp advantage, but even that wasn't crazy, we were like 1 lvl ahead of the enemy the entire match pretty much. So what are the advantages and reasons to take the vikings?
